  • What are your opening hours?

    JC EXCELSTUDIOS welcomes you from Monday to Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and on weekends from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept online payments for booking rehearsal sessions with PayPal or Stripe. For other services, we accept payment by card or cash.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    In case you cannot attend a reserved session, you can cancel it within 24 hours before the reservation date. After this deadline, we reserve the right to refuse any reimbursement.

  • Can I reserve several slots on the same day?

    Yes, you can reserve as many slots as you want during the day, provided that the studios concerned are available.
